Here at Chadderton Pharmacy we aim to offer all of our customers the very highest levels of service at all times. If, for any reason you have a problem with or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our pharmacy service, we will endeavour to deal with your problem quickly and efficiently. Our Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist will be happy to help.

We also welcome any general comments about the services we provide and any suggestions of ways in which we can improve our services to you. We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.
